You have the legal right to withdraw your order within 14 days from when your order was delivered without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the goods are delivered to you. Please note, you must submit your request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Please inspect your products carefully. For hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of goods if their seal has been removed after delivery, including but not limited to: fragrances, cosmetics/beauty items, swimwear and hosiery. Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of monogrammed and/or personalised items.

If you withdraw from an order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
