You have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which your order was delivered. You may also exercise this right before the goods have been delivered. Where your order is delivered in several parts, this period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. The easiest way to do so is to use our online withdrawal function, labelled "withdraw from the contract here" available on our website or app throughout the withdrawal period. You will then be asked to confirm your decision ("confirm withdrawal"), and we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium without undue delay. You may alternatively use the model withdrawal form or make any other clear statement of your decision.
If you have already received the goods, please return them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of communicating your withdrawal. For your convenience, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Please note that, for hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for example, fragrances, cosmetics/beauty items, swimwear and hosiery), nor to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, monogrammed or personalised items).
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising where you chose a more expensive type of delivery than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Also, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you should not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
