Defective product
I bought this bag and there is a piece missing (the ironie ring), so the bag is useless. I thought it would be inside the bag maybe, but unfortunatelly not. I’ve bought many bags from Kate spade and first time this happens to me! I am very disappointed, because I bought it for Christmas gift for my sister. Very disappointed!

Suede material horribly stained

The material is awful, gets dirty from any touch, You try to clean it and it gets even more horribly stained. Suede material on that type of color definitely not buying again
